The bank recently received the “Approval from the Henan Supervisory Authority of the State Financial Supervisory Authority on Approving Han Huili's Qualification as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd.” (Yu Jinfu [2024] No. 129) from the Henan Supervisory Authority of the State Financial Supervisory Authority, approving the qualifications of Ms. Han Huili as the bank's board secretary. Ms. Han Huili's appointment as the bank's board secretary came into effect on June 7, 2024.
