On June 12th, Glodon announced that Anhui Tongfeng Electronics (600237.SH) held the fourth meeting of the tenth Board of Directors on June 12, 2024, and approved the resolution on the first-line technology transformation project for the production of capacitor films. The company agreed to carry out technical transformation of the first-line production of capacitor films. The total investment of this project is 166.6 million yuan (including 15 million euros in foreign exchange). Of this, fixed asset investment is 151.4 million yuan, and working capital is 15 million yuan. The investment method is self-raising funds.

The project will use the original factory building of the company's first-line production of capacitor films, upgrade and transform the plant and facilities, introduce a production line for capacitor film from abroad, and match it with some domestic equipment and related public auxiliary works. After completion of the project, it will produce 2,800 tons of polypropylene film and 1,484 tons of recycled particles annually. The total investment of this project is 166.6 million yuan (including 15 million euros in foreign exchange). Of this, fixed asset investment is 151.4 million yuan, and working capital is 15 million yuan.

This technical transformation of the first-line production of capacitor films is in line with the company's development plan. It will effectively improve the production capacity and product performance of the production line, reduce production costs, enhance the company's core competitiveness, and improve its economic benefits.
