1. 事業概要

AIAIグループ＜6557＞は東京都・千葉県・神奈川県及び大阪府で、認可保育園AIAI NURSERY、児童発達支援施設AIAI PLUSを主力として、幼児教育プログラムの販売等も展開している。2024年3月期はAIAI NURSERYを5施設新規開設（うち1施設は定員数を拡大して移転）、AIAI PLUSを3施設新規開設し、期末時点の施設数はAIAI NURSERYが86施設（東京都30施設、神奈川県3施設、千葉県42施設、大阪府11施設）、AIAI PLUSが20施設（東京都2施設、千葉県15施設、大阪府3施設）、AIAI HOUSEが2施設、AIAI FACTORYが1施設の合計109施設となった。認可保育園数は業界6位規模である。なお2024年3月期末時点ではAIAI HOUSEが2施設、AIAI FACTORYが1施設となっているが、運営する子会社のAIAI Life Careの株式を2024年5月末にQLSホールディングスグループへ譲渡し、連結子会社から除外した。

2. 特徴・強み

認可保育園AIAI NURSERYは、児童福祉法に基づいた児童福祉施設で、面積や保育士等職員数など国が定めた設置基準を満たし、都道府県知事等に認可された施設である。国及び自治体が負担する施設型給付（園児や保育士に関する補助金、施設の賃借に関する補助金等）を受けて施設を運営する。小規模保育施設AIAI MINIは、子ども・子育て支援制度によって新設された保育施設で、19名以下の定員かつ0歳から2歳までの子どもを対象として、市町村の認可を受けた施設である。利用者からの保育料及び自治体からの地域型保育給付を受けて施設を運営する。

児童発達支援施設AIAI PLUSは、発達に遅れのある未就学児（小学校入学前の児童）を対象として、日常生活における基本的な動作の指導や知識技能の付与、集団生活への適応訓練などの児童発達支援を提供する施設である。1回95分コースのプログラム（運動プログラム、学習プログラム）に週2回以上取り組むことで、適切な行動をとるための感覚情報を処理・組織化していく感覚統合を育成し、発達をサポートする。児童の発達支援において多様化するニーズに応えるため、支援プログラムに関する専門家が個別にサービスを提供している。また、発達障害児童数が増加傾向という事業環境に対応し、職員が保育所等に訪問して療育サービス（保育所等訪問支援）を提供するAIAI VISITの展開を本格化させる。自社のAIAI NURSERYにとどまらず、他社運営の保育園・幼稚園も広範囲で訪問して療育を提供する。収益構造は、AIAI PLUS及びAIAI VISITでは国民健康保険団体連合会（国保連）に障害福祉サービス費を請求するほか、自費負担サービス料を利用者に請求している。なお自治の体補助により、利用者は実質的に原則無償で利用できる。AIAI VISITの売上高は「訪問支援員数×訪問支援員1人当たりの売上高」となり、訪問支援員1人当たりの売上高は「契約件数×訪問回数×訪問単価」となる。訪問単価は、訪問支援員の経験年数によって変動する。

同社の「AIAI三育圏」の強みとしては、特色のある独自の幼児教育プログラムが高い評価を得ていること、千葉県・東京都・大阪市に集中したドミナント戦略によって効率よく展開していること、近年需要が高まっている未就学児の療育の分野においても豊富なノウハウと実績を有していること、保育・療育・教育の3つの「育」を一体的に提供する体制を自社内で構築していること、「AIAI三育圏」のシナジー効果によって高い生産性を実現していることなどがある。このような特徴・強みの結果として、特に千葉県においては圧倒的なシェアを誇り、千葉県内における施設用土地・建物賃貸情報を得やすくなり、新卒保育士の採用でも有利な状況となっている。

AIAI NURSERYは、単に子どもを預かるだけの保育園ではなく、同社は大型遊具「AINI」及び雨天対応大型遊具「AINI BOX」（子どもの運動能力を伸ばす総合アスレチック）を設置しているほか、各施設に専用の学習室を設けて数・図形・文字などに関わる感覚を豊かにするプログラムを実施するなど、「子どもの才能が伸びる園」として就学前能動的学習の充実を図っている。なお雨天対応大型遊具「AINI BOX」は2021年8月に第15回キッズデザイン賞を受賞している。またコスト面では自社システムによってペーパーレス化を推進するなど保育士の事務作業削減を実現している。AIAI PLUSでは2021年4月にサービス内容をリニューアルし、学習と運動を支援する「プログラムの専門家」として新たな発達支援プログラムをスタートさせた。

An authorized nursery school AIAI NURSERY is a child welfare facility based on the Child Welfare Act, and it is a facility that satisfies installation standards set by the country, such as area and number of nursery staff, etc., and has been approved by prefectural governors, etc. Facilities are operated by receiving facility type benefits (subsidies related to kindergarten children and nursery teachers, subsidies related to facility rental, etc.) borne by the government and local governments. The small-scale daycare facility AIAI MINI is a childcare facility newly established by the child/child-rearing support system, and it is a facility that has received municipal approval for children aged 0 to 2 with a capacity of 19 people or less. The facility is operated by receiving childcare fees from users and regional childcare benefits from local governments.
