观点网讯：6月11日，美的置业发布公告表示，拟发行2024年度第三期中期票据。
据悉，该中期票据注册金额 150亿元，本期基础发行规模2亿元，本期发行金额上限12亿元，发行期限2年，存续期管理机构为上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司，评级机构为中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司，信用评级为主体评级：AAA、债项评级：AA。
募集说明书显示，本次中期票据发行金额为12亿元。
本期募集资金中，5.558亿元用于项目建设，0.4420亿元用于置换发行人偿还债务融资工具利息的自有资金，6亿元用于补充流动资金。
