公告显示，德勤·关黄陈方会计师行将于2024年股东周年大会结束时退任招商局置地核数师。董事会推荐毕马威会计师事务所以新核数师，任期至2025年股东周年大会结束，尚需股东在2024年股东周年大会上批准。
董事会及审核委员会认为，毕马威在专业资格、能力、独立性和诚信方面均符合监管要求，更换核数师符合公司及股东的整体利益。
