On the news front, Hans Energy previously announced that on May 24, 2024 (before the trading session), TWB Holdings and ABL (as sellers), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Glorify (as a buyer) and the company entered into a purchase agreement. Accordingly, Glorify conditionally agreed to acquire, while TWB Holdings and ABL conditionally agreed to sell their sale shares (about 54.44% of all issued BTHL shares) for HKD 2.722 billion.
