观点网讯：6月7日，上海证大发布公告宣布，于2024年6月7日交易时段后，公司(作为卖方)与潜在买方(买方)就公司建议出售公司若干附属公司全部股权予买方订立不具法律约束力之谅解备忘录。
据悉，出售目标公司持有于上海证大大拇指广场项目、青岛证大大拇指广场项目及若干其他项目中的物业资产，以及承担大部分计息借款。
根据谅解备忘录，于建议出售事项完成后，买方将委任公司为上海证大大拇指广场项目提供改造工程咨询、运营及管理服务。
