BG Blue Sky (06828) announced that on June 7, 2024, the company had accepted the terms and conditions of a Financing Letter issued by a banks (the Bank). The Bank will grant the company up to HKD 400 million equivalent of undisclosed revolving loans (the Financing), which can be withdrawn within one year from the acceptance date or other dates at the Bank's sole discretion.
According to the announcement released by BG Blue Sky (06828) on June 7, 2024, the company has accepted the terms and conditions of a financing letter issued by a banks (the Bank) and the Bank will grant the company the financing of up to HKD 400 million equivalent of revolving loans (the Financing) which can be withdrawn for one year from the acceptance date or other dates as the Bank may in its full discretion decide.
