Starlight Cul (01159.HK) announced that the board of directors recommends a restructuring of the capital, involving share consolidation and reduction. The board of directors proposes to combine every 10 existing shares of the company's issued share capital into one consolidated share.

At the date of this announcement, existing shares are traded in board lots of 500 shares on the Stock Exchange. After the capital restructuring takes effect, it is proposed that the board lot size for trading on the Stock Exchange be changed from 500 existing shares to 2000 new shares.
