On June 5th, Gleam Hui reported that the board of directors of C.banner (01028.HK) intends to submit a proposal to the upcoming special general meeting of shareholders for approval. The proposal is to cancel all the premiums attributable to the effective date of the share premium account to zero, and transfer the resulting income to the paid-in surplus account, authorizing the board of directors to use the amount to pay a portion of the special dividend, while the balance will be used in accordance with Bermuda laws and regulations.

At the board meeting held on June 5, 2024, the board proposed to declare and pay a special dividend of HKD 0.13 per share.
