After conducting reasonable inquiries in relevant circumstances, the board confirms that it is not aware of any reasons that may cause the rise in the share price or volume, nor is it aware of any information that must be disclosed to avoid false markets of the shares, and there are no insider information that must be disclosed according to Part XIVA of Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors also confirms that the business operation of the group remains normal, and there has been no significant change in the business operation and financial condition of the group.
