Wanxing Holdings (08093) announced that as of June 4, 2024: (1) Zeng Jin and Liu Qin were appointed as executive directors of the company; (2) Zeng Jin was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors of the company, and Mr. Gan Xiaohua and Mr. Tian Yuan no longer serve as the joint chairman of the board of directors of the company; and (3) Zeng Jin was appointed as the chief supervisor of the company, and Mr. Tian Yuan no longer serves as the supervisor of the company after his appointment by Mr. Zeng.
