金融界6月4日消息，节能国祯发布公告，将于2024年6月26日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月21日，当日收市后持有节能国祯股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：合肥市高新区创新大道2688号中新网安大厦16楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于公司注销回购股份并减少注册资本的议案》
2、《关于修订<公司章程>的议案》。
