Lawson Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Sadanobu Takemasu, hereinafter referred to as "Lawson") will focus on the importance of "chewing well while eating" emphasized for health maintenance, and will release bakery products that have been developed to improve texture and chewiness on June 4 (Tue) at all Lawson stores (13,703 stores as of the end of April 2024, except for "Lawson Store 100").

The products to be released this time include 6 products in total, such as those that enjoy a "crispy texture" with sunflower seeds and grains, and those that upgrade a "chewy texture" from the previous product by adding starch to the barley.
