(an affiliate of the Company) and related responsible persons. The company's former director, Mr. Zhang Yuying, served as chairman of Xin Zhi Ren Zhi from May 2022 to December 2023. He resigned from Xin Zhi Ren Zhi in December 2023 and joined the Company as executive director and CEO.
According to the decision, Xin Zhi Ren Zhi and related responsible persons failed to disclose the 2023 performance forecast as required and inaccurate financial report information from 2019 to 2022, in violation of the "Administrative Measures for the Disclosure of Information of Listed Companies."
Xin Zhi Ren Zhi is not a member of the group. Therefore, the above matters have no impact on the group's business operations and financial condition.
