After the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2024, Li Huibao retired as chairman of the company's board of directors, executive director, authorized representative, and chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and Hou Jianguo retired as the company's executive director, nomination committee member, and environmental, social and governance committee member.

Zheng Yingying has been appointed as the company's executive director with effect from May 31, 2024. The board of directors is also pleased to announce that in addition to Wu Ling Ling, the current authorized representative, Zheng Yingying has been appointed as the company's authorized representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules, effective May 31, 2024.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Cheung Ming-ching, the independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee with effect from May 31, 2024; and Zheng Yingying, executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee with effect from May 31, 2024.
