On May 31, 2024, Vision Int Hldg (08107.HK) announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement with Gansu Walker Sports Management Co., Ltd. ('Walker Sports'). Accordingly, the Group was designated by Walker Sports as one of the official partners of the 2024 Jiayuguan Great Wall Marathon and the 'Great Wall League,' in order to increase the Group's and its strategic partners' visibility.

In the past year, the Group has actively developed innovative supply chain management solutions and endowed them with digital marketing capabilities, allowing its strategic partners to reach their target consumers through different channels and sporting events with their outfits and other products.

Considering the enhanced public health awareness and the rising trend of leisure sports, the Group believes that the sports industry for outfits will continue to have vast growth prospects.
