Ch Fin Leasing (02312) has announced that the existing investment management agreement with the investment manager, Huiya Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Huiya), will be terminated in accordance with its terms after May 31, 2024. The board of directors hereby expresses its gratitude to Huiya for its services and valuable contributions to the company over the years.

After the termination of the investment management agreement, the board of directors will no longer appoint a new investment manager and will make all investment decisions on behalf of the company. The board of directors anticipates that the termination of the investment management agreement will not have any significant adverse impact on the company's business operations.
