5月30日，中国平安2023年度股东大会在平安（深圳）金融教育培训中心举行。据了解，此次股东大会吸引了平安99家A股股东及10家H股股东亲赴现场。
会上，谈及房地产业走向及平安在地产业务风险敞口问题时，中国平安总经理谢永林表示，房地产行业很大，链条长，涉及人员特别多。目前行业正在经历阶段性调整，未来将走出新的模式。中国平安将在国家正确方向的引领下，支持房地产行业发展。中国平安副总经理付欣则强调，中国平安地产投资风险可控，地产投资占比仅为4.2%，较年初略有下行。
