Zhaitian Hai announced his resignation as an independent non-executive director after the 2024 shareholders' annual meeting. At the same time, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee.

Shareholders have approved the above fourth ordinary resolution, and KPMG Certified Public Accountants have been appointed as the company's auditors to replace retiring auditor Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants after the 2024 shareholders' annual meeting.
