金融界5月29日消息，锋尚文化发布公告，将于2024年6月14日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月7日，当日收市后持有锋尚文化股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：北京东城区青龙胡同一号歌华大厦A座16层公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于终止实施2021年限制性股票激励计划暨回购注销/作废已授予但尚未解除限售/归属的限制性股票的议案》
2、《关于变更公司注册资本、修改公司章程及进行工商登记变更的议案》。
