(“Changzhou Xinyun”) and Suwen Electric Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Suwen Power”) to jointly fund the establishment of the joint venture Jiangsu Xinyun Microgrid Co., Ltd. (tentative name, actually subject to the approval and registration of the market supervision and administration department, referred to as “joint venture”, “project company” or “Jiangsu Xinyun”). The proposed registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 100 million, and all parties are investing in monetary terms; Changzhou Xinyun, Suwen Electric Energy, and Yuxing Co., Ltd. intend to pledge capital amounts of 40 million yuan, 40 million yuan, and 20 million yuan respectively, accounting for 40%, 40%, and 20% of the registered capital of the joint venture, respectively.

The company's current investment is based on industrial layout considerations.
