观点网讯：5月28日，南都物业服务集团股份有限公司发布公告，宣布对2023年年度利润分配方案进行调整。
根据公告，原定每股派发现金红利0.3463元（含税）已调整为每股派发现金红利0.35057元（含税）。
此次调整的原因主要在于公司实施了股份回购计划，导致实际参与利润分配的股本总数发生了变化。
南都物业累计回购了2290500股，这些股份不享有利润分配的权利。
在实施权益分派股权登记日，公司的总股本为187777779股，扣除回购股份后，实际可参与分配的股本总数为185487279股。
