(“Zhongxin Electromechanical”) plans to transfer 100% of the shares of Shaanxi Kaiyan Venture Capital Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Shaanxi Kaiyan”) held by Xuanhan Jingtong Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Shaanxi Kaiyan”). The share transfer price is not less than RMB 19.208 million; the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chenglu Juyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Shaanxi Kaiyan”) “Chenglu Juyuan”) Intended for Xuanhan Jingtong transferred 100% of its shares in Sichuan Xuanhan Zhuoyue Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuanhan Zhuoyue”). The share transfer price was not less than RMB 988,700. After the equity transfer is completed, CITIC Mechatronics will no longer hold shares in Shaanxi Kaiyan, and Chenglu Juyuan will no longer hold Xuanhan's outstanding shares.
