Following the resumption guidelines provided by the stock exchange on March 5, 2024, the stock exchange imposed additional conditions on the resumption of trading of the company's shares. Together with the previously imposed resumption conditions, the details of all the resumption conditions are as follows: (a) publish all unpublished financial results as stipulated in the listing rules and process any audit revisions; (b) confirm that the company's operations are in accordance with SEHK Listing Rule 13.24; (c) also comply with Listing Rules 3.05, 3.10, 3.25, 3.27 A and 3.28; and (d) publish all material information for shareholders and investors of the Company to assess its situation.
