会议地点：深圳市罗湖区深南东路2028号罗湖商务中心15楼1501会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于选举第六届董事会非独立董事的议案》
2、《关于调整董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员、薪酬委员会委员的议案》。
