新城市建设发展（00456）发布公告，于2024年5月24日，公司拟向卖方（惠州市金沙商贸有限公司）购买合共85辆混凝土搅拌运输车，总代价为人民币1472万元，其须于完成时按发行价每股代价股份0.866港元发行及配发1847.6万股代价股份支付。
由于公司一直于中国从事物业发展业务，故公司有意将其业务多元化，为中国多个物业发展商提供混凝土物流及运输以及准备服务，从而横向扩展集团业务及作为集团额外收入来源。购买85辆混凝土搅拌运输车将用于混凝土的配备及运输。
