(TSXV: INFM) ("Infinico" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news release of May 2, 2024 (the "Initial News Release"), it has amended the offering price of the charity flow-through units (the "CFT Units") to $0.138 per CFT Unit as a result of current market conditions. There are no changes to any other term of the offering (the "Offering"). For more information regarding the full terms of the Offering, see the Initial News Release.

The Offering, including the amendment to the offering price of the CFT Units, is subject to regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, and all securities issued and issuable pursuant to the Offering will have a hold period of four months and one day. Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or about June 14, 2024.
