中國基建投資(00600.HK)公布，早前接獲聯交所通知，其上市地位將於5月23日取消，公司已向聯交所上市委員會、上市覆核委員會及上市科發出函件，要求聯交所在司法覆核程序作出裁決前，暫停以任何方式執行該決定，以使公司有足夠時間進行許可申請及供高等法院考慮該申請。
聯交所準備給予公司十四日(至6月4日)以準備及作出許可申請，倘聯交所決定繼續執行除牌決定，將提前不少於七日通知公司。
該股自2022年7月11日起停牌，待復牌指引獲履行前，將繼續停牌至另行通知。
