CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc, a leading global building materials group, has announced the repurchase of its ordinary shares, as part of a $300 million buyback program set to conclude by August 7, 2024. The buyback activity took place through various trading venues on May 14, 2024, with the acquired shares to be subsequently cancelled. After the completion of these transactions, CRH’s total number of ordinary shares in issue will be reduced to 685,868,217, while holding 41,191,833 shares in treasury.
