Shell plc (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.
Shell plc’s Projects & Technology Director, Robertus Mooldijk, has disclosed the sale of 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of €33.833984 each, amounting to a total of €507,509.76. The transaction, which is in line with EU and UK market abuse regulations, took place off-exchange on May 9, 2024, as part of the company’s transparency in managerial transactions.
