Polaris Holdings---Dividend (redistribution) of surplus funds for the fiscal year ending 2025/3 and shareholder benefit plan changes

Fisco Japan ·  May 15 12:28

Polaris Holdings <3010> announced on the 14th that it will redistribute and change the current shareholder benefit system at the end of the 2025/3 fiscal year.

As a result of efforts to strengthen its financial position and profitability under collaboration with Star Asia Group, the company achieved significant improvements in financial position and final profit recording for the consolidated fiscal year ending 2024/3.

The company has continued to have no dividends for 16 periods from the fiscal year ending 2008/3, but it has positioned the realization of early redividends as a priority issue, and plans to redistribute dividends for the end of the 2025/3 fiscal year as 3 yen per share (consolidated dividend ratio of 25.3%) based on future earnings forecasts.

Also, the shareholder benefit system will be changed to a shareholder benefit system that distributes accommodation discount vouchers for hotels operated by the company group to shareholders holding 30 units (3,000 shares) or more of the company's shares described or recorded in the shareholder register as of 2025/3/31 according to the number of shares held.

Implementation of dividends at the end of the 2025/3 fiscal year is now foreseeable, and shareholder return measures were drastically reviewed, and the current shareholder benefit system, which is not related to the company's group business, was changed to a new shareholder benefit system where discounts on lodging at hotels operated by the company group can be received.

We will increase opportunities for shareholders to stay at hotels operated by the company's group, and create opportunities to actually use the facilities and services of the company's group business.

Furthermore, under the new shareholder benefit system, 3,000-3,999 shares are worth 2,000 yen, 4,000-4,999 shares are worth 4,000 yen, 5,000-9,999 shares are worth 10,000 yen, 10,000-49,999 shares are worth 40,000 yen, 50,000-99,999 shares are worth 50,000 yen, and 100,000 shares or more are worth 60,000 yen.
