RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 201,983 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, which will be retained as treasury shares. With this latest transaction, the company now holds over 34 million treasury shares and has a total of approximately 1.87 billion ordinary shares in circulation, excluding those held in treasury. This buyback is part of an ongoing program that has seen RELX PLC acquire over 14 million shares since the start of the year.
