SEPANG – IOI Properties Group ("IOIPG") celebrated the groundbreaking for Senna Puteri, its newest township spanning 117 acres in Klang Valley South. Comprising 386 units of hilltop townhouse in its first phase with lot sizes of 26' x 65' in a 17.8-acre gated & guarded enclave, Senna Puteri's first residential launch offers 3-storey hilltop townhouses that have built-ups from 1,690 to 1,862 sq ft for lower units with 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom layouts, while upper units feature built-ups from 2,336 to 2,454 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an accompanying powder room.
