Standard Chartered PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Class Meeting, passing all proposed resolutions with the required majority. Ordinary resolutions 1 to 21 and special resolutions 22 to 28 were approved, including the election and re-election of directors, the authorization of share allotments and market purchases, and amendments to the company’s articles of association.
