中國工商銀行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)宣布，計劃於2024年5月15日發行全國首隻總損失吸收能力非資本債券(TLAC)，基本發行規模為300億元人民幣。發行的TLAC非資本債券將有助於提升銀行的資本充足率，增強風險抵御能力。
