银城生活服务（01922）公布，董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“Yincheng Life Service CO．，Ltd．”更改为“Ruisen Life Service Co，Limited”及公司的中文双重外语名称由“银城生活服务有限公司”更改为“瑞森生活服务有限公司”。建议更改公司名称须待股东于股东周年大会上通过特别决议案，以及开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出更改名称注册证书批准建议更改公司名称后，方可作实。
