Longeveron Inc. has experienced a shake-up in its Board of Directors with the immediate resignations of Jeffrey Pfeffer and Cathy Ross, which led to non-compliance with Nasdaq’s majority independent board and audit committee requirements. The company notified Nasdaq and is in the process of regaining compliance within the provided cure period. In response, Richard Kender was appointed as a Class II director and an ‘audit committee financial expert’, receiving standard compensation and an indemnification agreement, without any disclosed related-party transactions.
