Zhitong Finance App News, New Era (08519) announced that the offeror informed the company that the offender had sold all the shares sold (equivalent to about 0.38% of the company's total issued share capital), that the offeror's shareholding in the company had been reduced to 75%, while 25% of the company's total issued share capital was held by the public. As a result, the company has restored the 25% minimum public shareholding required by section 11.23 (7) of the GEM listing rules.
