Shell plc has announced the repurchase of its own shares on May 8, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back program, involving transactions across multiple trading venues in both GBP and EUR. The buy-back is being executed within pre-set parameters and is compliant with both EU and UK Market Abuse Regulations. These transactions are being independently managed by BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC, within a timeframe that extends until July 26, 2024.
