After all inquiries made by the company that were reasonable in the circumstances, the board of directors was unaware of any reason for recent share price and trading volume fluctuations or any information required to be published to avoid false markets in the company's securities or any insider information required to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571) of the Laws of Hong Kong.

The company confirmed that the business operations of the company and its subsidiaries remain normal, and that the management team is confident about the company's long-term prospects. Management recently noticed that the US government is easing tax credit restrictions on electric vehicles using graphite from China for batteries, and management will further explore and seize market opportunities to protect investors' interests.
