據文件資料，EDA為電商賣家客戶提供一站式端到端供應鏈解決方案，其易達雲平台幫助客戶在線配送訂單，實現實時溝通、跟蹤和財務管理。2023財年收入12.09億元人民幣，利潤6,940萬元人民幣。
上市保薦人為招銀國際，集資所得將用於通過輕資產模式增強全球物流網絡、改造易達雲平台、加強市場佔有率、一般營運資金。(cy/w)
