據《信報》引述消息報道，中銀香港(02388.HK)上星期向員工派發4月薪酬時，同步發出今年薪酬調整通知，今年度考核達標員工薪酬加幅普遍低於去年。表現優異員工今年薪酬加幅低於4%，實際加幅視乎員工考核結果，及其所屬職級與部門性質而定。
報道亦指出近期將退休、升職(擢升時已獲加薪)或薪級點已達所屬職系頂點等員工，今年未必獲得加薪。
報道引述中銀發言人指，員工薪酬調整安排一般會綜合考慮業績﹑經濟環境及市場情況等因素，以及員工個人表現而定。
