RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has bought back 212,261 of its own shares through UBS AG London, to be held as treasury shares, at prices ranging from 3292 to 3363 pence per share. This latest purchase brings the company’s total number of treasury shares to 33,163,648, while the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 1,875,157,675. Since the beginning of the year, RELX PLC has acquired 13,451,455 of its own shares.
