POET Technologies Inc., a company specializing in high-speed optical modules for AI and data centers, has successfully completed a CAD$10 million financing round with a single institutional investor, without the involvement of brokers. The funds are earmarked for general working capital to support the company’s growth, driven by strong demand for its optical engine technology. The financing involved the sale of over 3.2 million units, each comprising a common share and a warrant, under the Canadian LIFE program.
