快狗打车此前遭阿里巴巴 淘宝中国全速沽货。2月时据联交所披露，阿里淘宝中国持股量由5.07%降至4.88%，低过5%必须披露门槛。快狗打车2022年上市，当时阿里曾持有9,214.53万股或14.97%快狗打车，其后多次减持。值得注意的是，快狗打车当年的招股定价为21.5港元。
