TORONTO, May 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sintana Energy Inc. (TSX-V: SEI, OTCQB: SEUSF) ("Sintana" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 2,400,000 restricted share units and 1,650,000 stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company.

The stock options are each exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of CDN$1.08 until May 1^st, 2034 and vest in tranches over the next two years. The restricted share units are each convertible into one common share of the Company for no additional consideration, and vest on May 1, 2025.
