Aterian PLC (GB:ATN) has released an update.
Aterian PLC, a critical metal exploration and development company, has announced a fundraising effort aiming to secure a minimum of £500,000 through the issuance of convertible loan notes to support its exploration and development projects in Morocco, Rwanda, and Botswana. The funds will specifically accelerate the Agdz drilling program in Morocco, with the convertible loan notes having an interest rate that increases over time and is payable in cash or shares. Director Simon Rollason has also applied to sell shares, with the intention to reinvest in the fundraising effort.
