DigitalOcean Shares Gains 8% On Joining The S&P SmallCap 600

Shares of DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (DOCN) are up 8% on Wednesday after announcing its inclusion in the S&P SmallCap 600 index to replace Agiliti Inc. (AGTI) effective before the opening of trading on Tuesday, May 7.


DOCN is trading on the Nasdaq at $35.52, up 8.08% or $2.65 per share. It has traded between $19.39 and $51.69 in the past 52-week period.


Agiliti is expected to be acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners L.P. around the same time pending final approvals.
