Ferrari N.V. has continued its share buyback program, acquiring 539,743 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) and 140,501 on the NYSE, amounting to a total investment of approximately €238 million. As part of its multi-year plan to repurchase €2 billion worth of shares by 2026, the company’s recent buybacks have increased its treasury holdings to 5.40% of its total issued share capital.
